Owani scarecrow contest

We arrived at Owani Onsen around 7AM. This town has more than 800 years of Onsen history though we did not know anything about this Onsen. The reason we decided to come here was just because the word "Onsen" is included in the station name. Owani mean bid alligator. They put big pink alligator holding ski in front of the station. In winter, you can ski here. We took Onsen, but we did not have enough time. This is very rural place, and train does not run often. If we miss the train, we have to wait 2 or 3 hour for the next train.

We came back to Akita and ate late lunch. Akita is the place John waited on God's direction about 1 and half year ago. We took Akita bullet train to Tokyo. Tomorrow is Sunday. We need to be back to Fujisawa.
